Grain Storage Electrical Upgrade
In 2023 we partnered with one of our customers for a complete electrical upgrade on a grain storage facility that was originally built in mid 1900s. The electrical upgrade included new electrical rooms, new service equipment, new motor control centers, new field wiring and conduit.
Along with the electrical we installed a new Rockwell PLC system for total automated control of the their facility and operations along with a new CMC hazard monitoring system. Various sequences were created to automate individual processes for operation that does not require over sight. Hazard monitoring was integrated into the the PLC system to record alarms, log temperature values, and shutdown equipment when needed to avoid hazards.
